How to Make Cold Brew Coffee

The filter is easy to use - just fill it with coffee, screw the lid on, fill the pitcher with water, and place the filter inside the pitcher.

While the filter is made to fit the connections in the Cestari Infusion Pitcher, the snap on top makes it flexible enough to be used in other pitchers, as well as large jars.

Refrigerate for 12- 24 hours and enjoy!

The ratio of coffee to water that you use depends on your personal taste. We suggest 1 cup ground coffee to 4 cups of water. 1 cup of coffee is easy to measure, as that's the amount the filter holds when full.
