Garlic Peeler Use and Care Instructions

Using the Cestari Garlic Peeler

Separate the number of cloves you need from a fresh head of garlic
Insert the cloves into the peeler
Press down on the peeler, rolling your hand back and forth
Tilt the peeler over a plate or cutting board, and shake the peeled gloves out of the peeler
Discard the skins, and use the garlic in your recipe
Place the peeler in the dishwasher to clean
