Infusion Pitcher Recipes
Orange Strawberry Exercise Drink
This infusion has vitamins, sugar, and salt to help you stay deliciously hydrated while working out.
Makes 44 ounces
Ingredients
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Place orange juice, honey, and salt in the Cestari infusion pitcher base. Stir to combine.
- Assemble your Cestari infusion pitcher, screwing the infuser tube into the lid, and securing the lid to the pitcher base.
- If using fresh strawberries, chop or slice them. Thaw frozen strawberries just enough that you can break them apart to fit in the tube. Place strawberries inside the tube, pressing down to release some of the juices.
- Wash the lemon. Do not peel. Chop the lemon into chunks and add to the infuser tube.
- Heat 4 cups of water to a simmer.
- Fill the pitcher with hot water, allowing the water to run through the tube as the pitcher fills. Stop when the water reaches the top of the tube – you probably will not use all 4 cups.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours and enjoy!
