Versatile Scissors for Many Purposes
You can use these kitchen snips for cutting rounds of baking paper, cutting slices of pizza, mincing cilantro, julienning lettuce or cutting any veggie, chopping bread for croutons, use as bone clippers for boning turkey, snipping steak for a salad, or use as a basic cutter for household tasks.
Although you may be a little scared about preparing and cooking shrimp, have no fear. It is easier than you think. When you have super fresh shrimp it is definitely worth the effort.
- If you have fresh shrimp, you will first need to remove the head. Simply hold the prawn and twist the head off using the thumb and index finger.
- Grab the scissors and carefully slid the tip underneath the shell on the back.
- Cut the shell until you reach the tail.
- Peel off the shell and discard (or use shells for a seafood stock).
